Besides, isn’t this a holiday made up by companies to earn more money? This ‘party pooper’ is really going to leave now. I have a load of work to bury my nose in today and the closest thing to this holiday I will come, is the added cupcake to my coffee. Thank you for your time, and enjoy the day as you wish.

I’m sorry to hear that Brooks but don’t you two have phones? My son hates me and even so, we manage to stay in contact no matter where I may be. It sounds to me like you might have a co-dependency issue, nobody likes to see that.

Ah, I did read somewhere about how this day is celebrated there. Probably made me the girl in the relationship, but I made my own chocolates. It’s waiting for him when he gets home, so at least he is getting something, but to actually celebrate it? No thank you. It does not seem to be my type of day.

And who says I am really that sour about things? I came to a conclusion that this is how the situation looks. We are both busy men, I therefore has decided to not bother him with trivial things that might make him feel more stressed and forced to be with me. Instead there could be a white day celebrated… Or something.
